This is the first year that this apartment is in operation. With its 65 sq. m., it can accommodate all groups of guests, including the handicapped or seniors. All indoor areas and access points are suited for wheelchairs. The doors are 90 cm wide, the counter overlap to allow access for wheelchairs, the shower units and WCs are dimensioned for the handicapped, etc. The apartment has a separate double-bed bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded to make two additional full-size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining for 4 persons. There is a cooking stove top, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffeemaker, and a fridge with a freezer. Bed linen, towels, and dishtowels are included in the price. Guests may use the technical room for safekeeping their bicycles, baby carriage/strollers, wheelchair cleaning, washing, etc. The apartment has floor heating as well as a fireplace stove.
In the back of the building is a private area for relaxing. Children may use the sandbox and parents may relax while attending the grill....
This apartment will be available for booking in 2018. It can accommodate 8 persons, whereby 4 beds on the ground level are suitable for the handicapped; additional 4 beds are on the upper level. The overall space is 140 sq. m. The furnishings and technical facilities are same as above.
Measuring 100 sq. m., this apartment is I the attic of a family home. It I has its own entrance and the quests have a separate part of the garden (approx. 500 sq. m.) available for outdoor recreation. This part of the garden is separated by a fence from the rest of the garden that is used by the owners who live on the ground floor. The guests from the attic apartment may walk to the next door apartment through a gate in the fence. We managed to separate the house and the individual apartments effectively to ensure privacy for all the users.
The attic apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with a double bed each, a living room with a balcony (optional two additional beds in the LR) and a full bathroom with a WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware and dining ware for 8 persons. There is a gas stove top, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffeemaker, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. Towels, dishtowels, and detergents, as well bed linen are included in the price. The apartment is heated with a gas heater. The guests may use a sizeable pergola for outdoor seating and grilling. There is a sandbox with toys and outdoor games for children, including a large trampoline for everyone. In the garden is a lockable structure for the storage of bicycles and baby carriages/strollers.
